This winter, the body feels a little wilted, perhaps because the winter has been so long. In any case, I feel that I need to remedy that. So I've decided that from now and 12 weeks ahead, I'll eat things that my brain knows that my body feel good. Vegetables, roots, fruits, beans, nuts and seeds. The desire is to have a happy stomach, become more alert and break all the bad habits that I have acquired. So day three, I start a glass of water with lemon and ginger and a big bowl raspberries with toasted nuts.
